Condolence From: Beatrice and Sharon
Condolence: You were the sweetest baby, Rudy. While your Mom was busy with Randy, we "sat" with you. Okay, Sharon played. Beatrice was in charge. We always knew you were brave and creative and would set things right. We will always miss you.
"Bell bottom trousers, coat of navy blue, we love a sailor and he loves us too."

Condolence From: Marla Belzowski
Condolence: My sincere condolences to the Verner Family.

Rudy was one of the few Engineering Managers I have worked for who really took a genuine interest in the engineers in his group.

While we were starting plans and breaking ground for the new PTC, I was volunteering my time to also help our local dog club break ground and build out a new training building (which isn't as large as the new PTC but was still a very considerable size).

We broke ground on both building within the same week. The Training building was complete the following March, with start up and move in just in time for the club's spring show (which went off without a hitch).

I used to come into Rudy's office each week with photos of the new training club building and brag about the quick progress we were making on it just to tease Rudy on how long it was taking him and the whole team to construct the PTC. He knew, that I knew, the training building was a heck of a lot easier to get built than what the PTC was from both a construction design as well as a oversight and funding aspect.

Still it was something we could both laugh about and then talk dogs and engineering proects. Rudy's absence at the inauguration event this summer for our new PTC building will certainly be noticed, by everyone in attendance from Nestle.

My sincerest condolences go out to his entire family for peace in this tough time.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to the entire Verner Family on the loss of the kind and gentle Rudy. I had the good fortune to work with him on the twisting, turning details that eventually led to the construction of the new PTC in Solon. Throughout it all, Rudy was patient and of good cheer. The new facility is a handsome addition to the Solon campus and Rudy's significant contributions to creating this facility will long be remembered.
