Obituary for Richard N. Kassnel

Richard N. Kassnel, Age 78, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Beloved son of the late Nick and Ann Kassnel; Caring father of Terry, Pam, Matt, Mark, and Stefanie Kassnel; Proud grandfather of 8; Brother of Pat Zelin. Rick was the President of NJ Kassnel Co. in Independence, Ohio. Rick's passions were golfing, fishing, watching movies, and cheering for his beloved Chicago Cubs. He was also amateur stock broker, food critic and passionate Republican. Family will receive friends Friday, June 8, 2018 from 4:30-6:00 pm with a closing service at 6 pm at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America’s RBI program (https://www.bgca.org/programs/sports-recreation/rbi).
