LOUISE MARIE O’DONNELL, age 94, long-time resident of Akron, Northfield Center and Brecksville, Ohio and since 2013 of The Woodlands, Texas, passed away peacefully on Jan 19, 2018. Mrs. O’Donnell was born on September 17, 1923 in Sturgeon, PA to Archie and Marcella Emily (Roussell) Huart. Mrs. O’Donnell, after graduating from High School and with World War II breaking out, became one of the famed “Rosey the Riveters” working at the Akron Airlock building and repairing zeppelins. She later was employed by Social Security in Akron, Ohio.

Louise is preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. O’Donnell, July 19, 2007 but is survived by her daughter, Patricia L Frink and husband William of Conroe, TX. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Melissa, Brian and Michael Frink and seven great-grandchildren: Anthony and Dominic Piano, Kaylynn, Benjamin and Charlotte Frink and Audrey and Cora Frink and sister, Donna Loukota of Akron, Ohio.

Family will receive friends at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 on Friday, January 26 from 5:00-9:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 on Saturday, January 27 at 10:00 A.M. (please meet at church). Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery.
