Russell K. Lowe, Age 72, of Munson Twp., Ohio passed away Monday, November 20, 2017. Dear Brother of Robert Lowe (Kathy) and Cousin of Jim Lee (Nancy), Richard T. Lee (Gina) and Dr. Richard I. Kermode. Russell was preceded in death by his parents, Robert W. and Dorothy Mae Lowe. Russell worked for many years for the City of Cleveland Heights and he truly enjoyed the people and his time there. Friends will be received at NOSEK-MCCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2017 FROM 5-8 p.m., where a Memorial Service for Russell will begin at 7:30 p.m.
