RONALD A. GEHRING, age 81, passed away peacefully at home with his family September 26, 2017. Beloved husband of Gretchen for 59 years. Loving father of Scott (Anna) and Steven (Silvia). Devoted grandfather of Emily, Jakob, Kevin, Tyler and Alyssa.

Ron was a dedicated State Farm agent for 56 years in Brecksville. He loved fishing and golfing and the companionship of his family and his many friends.

Family will receive friends for a memorial gathering at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Sunday, October 1 from 1-4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hitting 4 Home, 3180 Berwin Dr., Stow, OH 44224 or the Richfield United Church of Christ, 4340 W. Streetsboro Rd., Richfield, OH 44286 in Ron's memory would be appreciated.
