CHARLOTTE G. PICHA, age 71, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017. Beloved daughter of the late George and Eleanore Picha; loving sister of Dr. George J. Picha; dear aunt of George J. Picha III, Brad M. Picha, Dawn A. Thompson and Jason O. Picha. Charlotte served as the Head Librarian at a Branch of the Avon Library System. She loved working with children in the library reviewing books with them as well as the adult patrons offering special programs making it truly a community library. Charlotte loved to travel with her family both home and abroad, especially to Kiawah Island. She leaves behind a multitude of friends from her life experiences. Family will receive friends at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Wednesday, July 12 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with a Parastas Service at 7:30 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held at St. Joseph Byzantine Church, 8111 Brecksville Rd., on Thursday, July 13 at 9:45 a.m. followed by Charlotte's Funeral Liturgy at 10 a.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH on July 13). Interment will follow at Brecksville Cemetery.
