PATRICIA "Patti" HRYNAK KOWALSKI, age 77, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Loving mother of Kelly Ann Sedivy (David) and Karin Kowalski Kagan (Joshua); cherished grandmother of Nicholas, Alyssa, Kyle and Colin; beloved companion of Gary Boodey; loving sister of Joan Scully and Gloria Kunka; loving aunt. A graduate of Ohio University with a Master's Degree from Cleveland State. Patti was a teacher and Reading Specialist with the Cleveland Public Schools for over 30 years, caregiver and friend to all, and animal lover. Patti will be deeply missed. Family will receive friends at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Thursday, June 8 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held at the FUNERAL HOME, Friday, June 9 at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass at St. Basil Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd., at 10 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patti's memory to the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter, 9500 Sweet Valley Dr., Valley View, OH 44125 would be appreciated.
