DANIEL W. ZIEGLER, age 76, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017. Survived by beloved wife Betty (Fancsalsky) his high school sweetheart; loving father of Debbie, Denise (Pete) and David (Heidi); cherished grandfather of eight and doting great grandfather of one; brother of Charles (deceased) and Anita; uncle of one; devoted friend to many. Dan was a GM retiree, active in Brecksville Alumni, on the Civil Service Board of Broadview Heights, volunteer at playhouse square for 15 years and member of the Oldsmobile Club of America for over 35 years. Family will receive friends at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Saturday February 11th from 10 a.m.–1p.m. Mass will be at Church of the Assumption, 9183 Broadview Rd., Broadview Heights, OH 44147 at 2p.m. A celebration meal will follow the service in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Dan’s name to the Church of the Assumption.
