WILDA J. SILVIS (nee Porter) age 87. Beloved wife of the late John Ward; loving mother of Pat Parr (Ray) and the late Karen and Joseph; dearest grandmother of Raymond and Anya; dearest sister-in-law of Joyce O’Connell; loving aunt and great aunt. Wilda was a devoted U.S. Air Force Officer’s wife and a friend to all. She passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017. The family will receive friends at the Jennings Center for Older Adults, 10204 Granger Rd, Garfield Heights, OH 44125 on Tuesday, February 7, from 9-10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Jennings auditorium at 10 a.m. Wilda’s interment will be by her husband at Hampton National Cemetery, Hampton, VA. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions in Wilda’s memory be forwarded to Jennings Center for Older Adults. www.Nosek-McCreery.com
