FREDERICK JOHN NAGEL, M.D., age 67, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Dr. Nagel was a graduate of John Carroll University, Cleveland State University and Medical College of Ohio. He practiced internal medicine at Marymount Hospital for several decades prior to his early retirement related to complications from multiple sclerosis. Dr. Nagel was born on September 1, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Carl and Victoria Bahry Nagel. He married Kathy Barrord in July 1982 and she survives in Brecksville, along with their children, Jacqueline Nagel (John) Selph, of Toledo, Ohio, and John Frederick Nagel, of Brecksville. Also surviving is one sister, Carol Nagel (Mike) McInerney, of Bryan, Ohio, a nephew, Michael McInerney, a niece, Carrie McInerney and many extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents. St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bryan, Ohio celebrated A Mass of Christian Burial.
